Natrol claims their patented formula "provides key nutrients to help support mental focus and relaxation. " We were anxious to try this category of products out as our entire staff could use something to help reduce our stress levels.

The feedback from our staffer who took this product was very positive. He is a very busy guy who practices none of the previously mentioned forms of stress relief. Basically he was the perfect candidate to try out a stress relief product. The causes of his stress are easy enough to define; work related (he works all the time) and family related. The symptoms of his stress include anxiety, nausea and bouts of diarrhea.

After taking Natrol for 2 1/2 weeks the diarrhea and nausea had all but vanished. In addition, his anxiety level had severely diminished; he used to get the feeling of 'butterflies' in his stomach on many occasions throughout a day. The results our staffer experienced from the tests of the Natrol and the Stress End products were motivating, our staffer has since decided to try other stress reduction techniques such as focused breathing and short breaks throughout the day. A proper balance is important however, we suggest any supplementation for stress relief be done in conjunction with stress reduction techniques.
